CANCELLATION POLICY,
Cancellation made 45 days before the first service: The company will return 100% of the total
amount of the services.
Cancellation made between 44 and 30 days before the first service: The company will retain 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation made between 29 and 15 days before the first service: The company will retain 75% of the total amount.
Cancellation made between 14 days or less - : The company will retain 100% of the total amount.
Please consult the Payment and Cancellation Policy for Groups. Some products apply other payment terms (for example, Luxury, all-inclusive programs).
*Transaction cost an operation fee will not be included.
RESPONSIBILITIES,
FUN TRAVEL CHILE declares to act as a facilitator and coordinator between emissive tour Operators/Purchased directly by passengers / travel agents and product and service suppliers. Therefore it is not the responsibility of FUN TRAVEL CHILE if there are any differences or
damages that may suffer the passenger due to error or omission of a particular supplier.
It is the duty of FUN TRAVEL CHILE to immediately inform our clients for situations created by acts of God, acts of nature or criminal acts.
The company is not responsible for these situations, nevertheless FUN TRAVEL CHILE compromises in seeking solutions to the problems passengers may face during their stay in the country.
